Step by step
How to Register
1. Complete the form
One online form covers every grade. You'll need your player's name, grade, school, and a parent contact email and phone number.
2. Submit payment

3. Attend tryouts
Every registered player attends tryouts. Teams are announced afterward and posted on the Teams page.

Required Forms & Waivers
Along with the registration form, PAL requires the following before a player can take the court:
- Signed liability waiver — TBD
- Proof of residency / grade — TBD
- Concussion policy acknowledgement — TBD
Confirm with PAL: the exact paperwork, where it's submitted, and whether anything is collected at tryouts rather than in advance.
Tryouts
Every registered player attends a tryout. Tryouts are an evaluation, not a cut-list formality — coaches are looking at skills, effort and coachability.
